Her husband returned to India that same year, but Elizabeth remained in England with the children. L. E. Threlkeld, 1788-1859, a missionary in the Pacific Islands until 1824, 1825-1841 conducted missions to the Aborigines in the Lake Macquarie district, New South Wales.
